Contact Form 7 ScreenshotI have just installed Contact Form 7 for this site. I now use Contact Form 7 at all my sites and client sites which require a contact form.

Contact Form 7 is a FREE WordPress Plugin which is very easy to use. You can create any number of contact forms. It can be used on Posts, Pages and even within your Text Widget.

Simply install Contact Form 7 into your WordPress Plugins directory and activate it. Then, create a new WordPress Page which will be used as your contact page. Then go to Contact Form 7 Settings and Copy/Paste the Contact Form code into the page where you want the actual contact form to appear.

Contact Form 7 will send an email to any address you specify within the settings.
